Medical & Cosmetic Botox at Alliance

Botox's cosmetic results come from injecting botulinum toxin into specific facial muscles, relaxing them to reduce existing wrinkles and prevent new ones from forming. Medical applications have grown significantly and include chronic migraine, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and TMJ/TMD disorders. Some insurance plans cover Botox for migraine when specific chronic-migraine criteria are met (15+ headache days per month, 4+ hours per day, with migraine on at least 8 of those days) — eligibility is discussed at consultation.
