Sports Injuries
Overuse, direct impact, or force beyond what a body part can structurally withstand — sprains, strains, fractures, joint injuries, and dislocations.
How Alliance can help
Class IV laser, acupuncture, physiotherapy, chiropractic, taping, shockwave, IMS, and registered massage all support recovery; active rehabilitation helps prevent recurrence.

Bring your goals
Describe the daily tasks, work or activities you want to do more comfortably. Share what you have already tried and any care you are receiving elsewhere.
Ask about your plan
Ask what the assessment shows, which options fit your circumstances and when progress will be reviewed. Discuss how another discipline could contribute if appropriate.

Can I discuss returning to sport?
Yes. Bring your sport and training goals to the appointment. Ask what should be assessed, how progress will be monitored and what criteria will guide the next stage rather than assuming a fixed return date.
What happens at an initial assessment?
Your practitioner will discuss your symptoms, health history and goals, assess what is appropriate and explain the options. Ask what findings mean for your daily activities and when your progress should be reviewed.
Can more than one practitioner be involved in my care?
Alliance brings different disciplines together in one clinic. If another perspective may be helpful, discuss a coordinated plan, your preferences and how information will be shared with your consent.
How do I confirm fees and insurance before booking?
Review the chosen appointment on Jane and contact reception about billing. Your plan may have requirements that depend on the service and practitioner.
