In order to optimize a patient’s physical function, Andrew’s physiotherapy practice uses a blend of education, exercise, acupuncture, advanced biomechanical analysis, therapeutic and athletic taping, modalities, and manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization, myofascial release, and neural tissue mobilization. Andrew develops a customized treatment plan for each patient to aid in their recovery and help them achieve their personal goals.
Andrew has always had an intrinsic understanding of the importance of fitness and training from his competitive days in hockey and volleyball. He continues to stay active by participating in recreational sports such as snowboarding, tennis, golf, soccer, football, basketball, biking and running. Andrew was exposed to the benefits of Physiotherapy when a devastating injury prevented him from enjoying his passion for sports. As a patient he sought out Physiotherapy for the first time and shortly after, he was restored to full function with no limitations allowing him to return to his beloved sports.
