Our Lunch and Learn program is a chance for local businesses to have one of our experienced practitioners come on site to lecture on a health and wellness related topic. Possible topics include injury prevention, office ergonomics, nutrition, headaches, and low back pain, though a lecture can be presented on the topic of your choosing.
